Description
We are seeking a full time Superintendent for our elderly housing complexes in Terryville (34 units) and Harwinton, CT (20 units).
This person will split their time between the two sites.Professional Requirements
- Ability to read and write English
- Experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Training or experience in some of the following areas: carpentry, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, refurbishing and cleaning, heating, and airconditioning.
- Good communications skills, effective interpersonal skills, and comfortable and respectful familiarity with the elderly
- Excellent attention to detail and good organization skills
- An independent worker that excels with mínimal direction
- Ability to deal with multiple priorities
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
