- Process loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Educate and upsell customers on all product offerings including loan options and insurance products
- Review and collect on delinquent accounts to identify and address trends or problems
- Promote loans to both existing and new customers through solicitation calls
- Help train new team members and identify training opportunities
- Complete administrative duties and generate reports
- Assist the District Manager and Branch Manager in all facets of branch operations and step in as a backup manager when needed
- Ability to travel between branch locations with reliable transportation

- Prior experience in sales, collections, finance, or banking field preferred

We service our communities by offering personal installment loans designed to help our customers get the money they need when they need it. The District Support Specialist travels to branches within this local district to provide additional support where needed including training team members, providing relief for staff, and helping to achieve goals. Our team is goal driven and always strives for business growth, increased sales, and controlled delinquency.

Benefits:
Hourly: $ $23.00
The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the state average. The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
Hours: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with an occasional evening or Saturday.
