    Responsibilities
    • Office Management: Oversee administrative tasks, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
    • Account Handling: Assist clients with policy inquiries, updates, and claims, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
    • Client Communication: Build and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
    • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflows and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Report Generation: Compile data and generate reports to track client interactions and monitor performance.
    • Client Retention: Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

    Requirements
    • Experience: Previous experience in office management, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
    • Client-Focused: A genuine interest in serving clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience.
    • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with a diverse team, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
    • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.
