- Manage and lead a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer service.
- Coordinate service requests, including scheduling, dispatching, and prioritizing tasks to meet client needs and deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine the scope of work and provide accurate cost estimates and proposals to clients.
- Oversee service project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Develop new and existing client relationships.
- Maintain open communication with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of the service department.
- Accountable for Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence to best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
