    Description

    Job Title: HR Representative

    Location: San Diego, CA - Hybrid, must live within 75 miles from San Diego.

    Schedule: 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm

    Duration: Approximately 6 months

    Pay: $24 - $29 per hour

    Position Summary:

    Manpower is assisting a client who is seeking a highly organized HR Representative.

    Responsibilities:

    • in scheduling a high volume of interviews, contacting candidates, and coordinating interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • and collaborate with hiring managers to provide timely updates on the candidate progress and facilitate effective communication between the recruiting team and hiring managers.
    • with candidates and stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner while ensuring confidentiality and data privacy.
    • a well-organized and accurate applicant tracking system by documenting all relevant recruiting activities.
    • as a point of contact for candidates, facilitating communication between recruiters and candidates, answering questions, and providing necessary information.
    • and track candidate expenses, ensuring timely submission of expense reports and processing reimbursement requests in accordance with company policies.
    • the candidate and travel agency to arrange travel accommodations for candidates, ensuring a smooth and seamless travel experience when required.
    • the team in identifying potential candidates through various channels and participate in outreach activities such as networking events, social media engagement, and referrals. Assist in coordination of events, including coordination, booth setup, and candidate engagement.
    • surveys to candidates or employees as directed by the recruiting team, collect responses, and compile data for analysis and reporting purposes.
    • with additional recruiting-related tasks and projects based on availability.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years of experience with Agile
    • in use of Microsoft Tools: Outlook, Excel
    • communication skills – written and verbal.

    Strongly Preferred Qualifications:

    • in a high-volume scheduling.
    • knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
    • support experience in a staffing company
    • in case management.
    • organized
    • using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
