We are a young expanding company in the field of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation. We centrally manage and organize practice locations throughout Germany.

Responsibilities


Even though patients do not come to our headquarters in person, we coordinate the deployment of employees and support colleagues on site.

You are familiar with the rules and requirements of the medical treatment catalog and billing with statutory health insurance.

Before billing, prescriptions must be checked again. Colleagues on site can rely on this to ensure that errors in daily practice do not lead to deductions. Returns and additional requests are also part of your responsibilities.

If a colleague is absent on site, you will also centrally handle telephone inquiries for appointments.

Qualifications

You have already worked in the healthcare sector and are familiar with the requirements of statutory health insurance.

It is advantageous if you have already worked in a physiotherapy practice or rehabilitation center and are familiar with the medical treatment catalog and its rules.

Knowledge of the program THEORG is helpful.

There is no formal education requirement.
