- Handle e-filings and possess comprehensive knowledge of the litigation process.
- Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and emails.
- Ensure accuracy and proper formatting through proofreading.
- Organize documents and exhibits for court filings and hearings.
- Supervise Legal Secretaries, Paralegals, and office staff.
- Collaborate with the managing partner to oversee day-to-day office operations.
- Supervise staff members and assist in HR matters such as hiring and performance evaluations.
- Review and approve staff timecards and expense reports.
- Process firm vendor invoices and support the Marketing Department as required.
- Maintain files, coordinate file transfers, and manage office space maintenance.
- Coordinate client entertainment, contracts, and audit requests.
- Manage office supplies, orders, and storage.
- Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate overflow duties.
- Previous experience in office management and legal secretary roles preferred.
- Proficiency in e-filings and litigation procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification desirable.
