- Oversee the flow of financial transactions, including vendor payments, expense report reconciliation, and payroll processing.
- Verify purchase orders, ensure compliance with regulations, and accurately record payroll transactions.
- Maintain meticulous financial records to build trust and reliability within the organization.
- Accounts Payable Management:
- Facilitate vendor payments, monitor outstanding obligations, and manage credit cards.
- Financial Records and Compliance:
- Receive and verify expense reports, maintain accounting records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Payroll Processing:
- Enter and process payroll information, prepare payroll files, and ensure accurate submission.
- High school diploma required; Business or Accounting degree preferred.
- Certification such as Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and trustworthiness are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new accounting software.
