    Edfinancial Services with headquarters in Knoxville TN is looking to hire 50 full-time onsite Customer Service Representatives at each of our locations in, Montgomery AL.

    This Customer Service Representative position starts at $21.61 this includes a base wage of $17.20/hour, and an additional $4.41/hour for benefits like medical, dental, vision, a flexible spending account (FSA), or a health savings account (HSA). If you don't need benefits or do not spend it all, the additional $4.41 is yours to add to your paycheck or invest in 401KWe offer 11 paid holidays including Black Friday and Christmas Eve.     A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first line of communication for our clients on the phone, through chat, or email. Whether answering simple questions or solving complex problems, you are patient and friendly. You always put yourself in the callers' shoes and listen carefully to their needs. The key to your success is that you never give up or lose your cool. You are all about following through and resolution. Most of our borrowers are appreciative of our exceptional customer service, but occasionally one of them is frustrated. You don't take it personally, and your professionalism and kindness usually turn things around. You will have round-the-clock support from senior agents and leadership who are just a phone call away when you need assistance. You get great satisfaction out of making the student loan experience easy for busy students and graduates

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
    • High school diploma (degree preferred)
    • Computer skills
    • Exceptional customer service and phone skills
    • Ability to obtain a federal security clearance
    • Fluent Spanish speakers a plus but not required

    WORK SCHEDULE This position requires availability during our hours of operation.

    Hours of Operation (EST)

    Monday 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

    Tuesday -Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

    Thursday-Friday 8:00 am- 6:00 pm
