About the Role:
As a
Customer Service Representative with CST LLC you are responsible for:
- Providing In-Person and On-The-Phone Customer Service to Our Contractors and Customers
- Providing Technical Assistance for Installing and Maintaining the Products We Sell
- Creating Accurate and Complete Invoices/Sales Orders
- Working with Outside Sales Representatives
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Maintaining Knowledge of Products and Their Applications
- Knowing Competitor Products
- Assisting with Dispatching
- Scheduling Deliveries
- Completing Daily Paperwork
About You:
- A Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Good Organizational and Communication Skills
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Comfortability Walking Through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment)
