The Role and the Team


As a Senior Specialist (all genders) for the Risk Operations, Prosecution & Recovery Team within the fintech subsidiary Zalando Payments GmbH, you will be part of the operational business and support international law enforcement agencies in investigating criminal activities.


Your Contribution to Our Success Story

  • You will be responsible for responding to inquiries from law enforcement agencies from both international and Germanspeaking areas.
  • You will identify and verify fraudulent orders and customer accounts.
  • You will proactively communicate with law enforcement agencies and report detected fraud.
  • You will handle communication with logistics partners, credit card companies, and external service providers.
  • You will participate in various projects to continuously improve work processes.

What You Bring

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or similar.
  • You have computer skills and are proficient in using Google Suite. Ideally, you also have knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office products.
  • You have a friendly and respectful attitude towards your colleagues, superiors, and stakeholders.
  • You enjoy learning about new tools and are open to change.
  • You work independently and reliably, have a good eye for detail, can organize yourself, and set priorities.
  • You are a true team player and share your knowledge with your team.
