    Inclusively is partnering with a staffing division of a nonprofit organization to hire a Customer Service Rep

    this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.

    About The Role:

    Job Title:
    Customer Service Rep


    Location:
    Queens, New York (Applicants must be in the New York City area and willing to work on-site. This is not a remote position.)


    Hourly Rate:
    $20.92


    Hours:
    Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM


    Key Responsibilities:
    Ensuring clients are correctly directed through the system and given all available information.

    Working with the manager to ensure clients receive accommodations due to a disability, access, or functional need.

    The position requires considerable physical movement both indoors and outdoors to meet and assist clients. People in this role must be able to stand for long periods (up to 6 hours).


    Required Skills:
    Computer skills, data entry, intake, and processing experience.

    Experience dealing with the public on the telephone.


    Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multitask as this is a time-sensitive process and the program is heavily regulated.


    Ability to be clear and professional on the phone, to keep track of referrals processed and the status of the referrals.


    Ability to read through text and accurately transpose the information into the case management system to create the referral electronically.

    Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
