The
MCE Service GmbH is a service provider for a privately owned group of companies in Munich, Germany.

We provide support for medium-sized companies in the media, telecommunications, and energy sectors that operate nationwide as part of the group.

To strengthen our energy team, we are looking for a
Bookkeeper (m/f/d) in full-time at our Westford, NY location, starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:

  • Independent handling of bookkeeping (HGB) in accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial, and fixed asset accounting for companies within the group
  • Conducting and preparing monthly financial statements
  • Preparing monthly sales tax returns
  • Assisting in the preparation and creation of annual financial statements

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Goaloriented and independent work ethic preferred
  • Several years of solid professional experience in financial accounting
  • Uptodate knowledge of HGB accounting and sales tax law
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and willingness to perform
