    Job Title: Cold Call Sales Representative

    Company: JY Optimize

    Location: Remote

    Salary: $15/hr + Commission (Commission varies from $5-50 per sale)

    Job Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement after 3 months)

    **Position Overview:**

    We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Cold Call Sales Representatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth while earning competitive compensation and valuable sales experience.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our website building packages and marketing services

    Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects

    Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further follow-up by our sales team

    Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Google Sheets

    **Requirements:**

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

    Previous sales experience preferred but not required

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
