    Job Description

    The HSE Administrative Support is responsible for the coordination and administration of the organization's HSE process. This position assist and reports to the Claims Administrator.

    PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform administrative and general duties to support the Claims Administrator and HSE Department.
    • Establish and maintain accurate HSE Dept files (including electronic files). Files must be kept up to date for tracking and compliance purposes.
    • Coordinate and schedule HSE Department related meetings and trainings.
    • Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, documents and presentations.
    • Assist with ordering HSE Dept supplies (general office, PPE, other as required).
    • Must be able to time-manage, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    KNOWDLEGE AND SKILLS USED:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft applications (including, but not limited to, Office, Outlook, Excel, Power Point), pdf application (Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam), copier/scanner machine, and other related business machines required to perform regular duties.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Starting Salary: $52,000.00/yr.
