THE JOB
Responsibilities

This is a

Director of Surgical Services

position and requires someone who has

5 years' experience managing 15+ OR suites and at least 3 years as a director of OR in a critical care hospital.

As a Director of Surgical Services your roles and responsibilities will include:

Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

This is a Leadership position which assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse.

Oversaw of 9 OR and 2 Endo Suites in main hospital and 4 OR and 2 Endo suites at outpatient surgery center.

Direct report 3 Managers, total FTEs 60 main hospital and 25 Outpatient Surgery.

Desired Skills And Experience

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Director of Surgical Services who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization.

The ideal Director of Surgical Services would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

Certifications:
ACLS required upon hire

Arizona State Registered RN License

5 years' experience managing 15+ OR suites and at least 3 years as a director of OR in a critical care hospital.
