e're seeking a Head of People Operations & Human Resources to establish and lead our HR function from the ground up.

As the first HR hire in our startup, you'll oversee all aspects of human resources, including establishing foundational HR infrastructure, fostering a positive workplace culture, building a strong team, ensuring legal compliance, and adapting to the evolving needs of our organization.

At the forefront of telehealth innovation, we're dedicated to providing accessible and affordable healthcare services nationwide.

With a track record of over 300k telehealth visits and a team comprising top talents from tech giants like Google and healthcare leaders from renowned organizations, we're reshaping the landscape of US healthcare.

Establish and oversee all aspects of the people operations function, including payroll management, benefit administration, compliance, and other HR functions.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support our organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and supporting their integration into the team.

Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and career development.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying updated on relevant labor laws and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risks.

Adapt quickly to the evolving needs and challenges of our startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in addressing HR-related issues.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on people operations or similar roles and experienced in startup.

Demonstrated success in leading HR functions, including payroll management, benefit administration, compliance, and other HR functions.
Experience as the first HR hire in a startup environment.
