    General Description of Position
    Clearwave Fiber is looking for a

    Field Marketing Specialist

    to help cultivate meaningful relationships in our Southern Illinois service territory.

    The successful candidate will serve as the integration point between our Illinois markets, field sales and operations colleagues, and corporate marketing team.

    They will "think like a local" and use their deep market knowledge to help shape the market-specific offers, messaging and tactics that help amplify and endear the brand to prospects and customers, driving purchase intent, product adoption, and customer loyalty.

    The Field Marketing Specialist will be a critical part of a high performance, results-driven marketing organization and culture. Responsibilities will require equal time behind a desk and on the road, traveling between markets.

    Positivity and resourcefulness are must-have traits as the Field Marketing Specialist works to bring the Clearwave Fiber Brand to life in our Illinois Communities.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    Liaise with Field Sales colleagues to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance channel and market performance
    Gather, organize and summarize meaningful market level competitive and cultural intelligence and share with corporate marketing teammates in order to inform and shape campaigns, programs, and tactics
    Identify, secure, activate and work sponsorships and events that drive brand awareness and positive brand perception within our Clearwave Fiber communities
    Evaluate sponsorship and event ROI potential and measure program success
    Manage and optimize regional/hyper local marketing program budget
    Identify and pursue earned media opportunities that enhance brand perception and reinforce Clearwave's commitment to the communities we serve
    Inspect and assess execution of in-market branding across assets personnel, and media; Support branding needs of field-based teams in accordance with brand guidelines
    Support new market launches, and ensure quality execution of market-level stimulus plans and tactics
    Inspect and inform local mass media plans including OOH and print advertising to ensure maximum visibility and positive brand impact
    Be present in the community, cultivating relationships with municipal leaders and community influencers and acting as "the face" of the Clearwave Fiber brand
    Perform other duties as assigned
    Requirements
    Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is preferred.
    Minimum of 2 year of experience in marketing or communications roles (marketing communications, brand marketing, direct marketing, digital marketing or public relations)
    Proficiency (intermediate level or better) in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required, and working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) is a plus
    Clear written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
    Must be able to independently manage multiple projects and priorities
    Problem-solving and project management skills
