    Position Overview:

    As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Ag Express Electronics, you will play a pivotal role in digital content creation, executing a wide variety of digital marketing endeavors. Utilizing vast expertise as a marketing professional, you will develop and implement email campaigns and newsletters to communicate Ag Express' sales initiatives. This position will collaborate closely with the marketing team, creating content that adheres to Ag Express' brand message. Through the incorporation of digital dashboards and reporting mechanisms, this position will play a crucial role in monitoring the success of marketing projects and recommending strategies to optimize business results.

    Location: Flexible hybrid work model, allowing remote and onsite work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Content Creation

    • Take ownership of digital projects, demonstrating creativity and innovation in crafting compelling marketing email campaigns and newsletters that resonate with our target audience.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop digital marketing initiatives that effectively enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
    • Utilize a variety of platforms, including HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Unbounce, and other CRM/marketing automation tools, to execute and monitor email campaigns with precision and effectiveness.
    Collaboration
    • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with Ag Express' overarching brand identity and messaging strategy.
    • Engage with external resources as needed to leverage additional expertise and ensure that all marketing efforts, both internal and external, are seamlessly integrated and consistent with our brand values.
    Marketing Analytics
    • Monitor the activity of digital assets across various channels, proactively identifying trends and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Contribute to the development and production of comprehensive digital dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide valuable insights into the performance of our digital marketing efforts.
    • Evaluate the success of digital marketing programs and business initiatives through rigorous data analysis and reporting, translating findings into actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement.

    • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging marketing innovations, actively seeking out new ideas and strategies to infuse fresh creativity into projects and initiatives.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or an equivalent field of study.
    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
    • Possess expert knowledge of products and industry trends within the electronics sector, enabling effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
