- Minimum of 2 years\' experience as an educator/primary care in Internal Medicine required
- ACLS/BCS
- Both Inpatient and Outpatient
- Clinic located less than 1 mile from the hospital
- 40% Administrative time
- 26 Residents (6-7 during any 2-week block)
- 2-3 residents scheduled for each clinic session
- Phlebotomy 3 days per week
- Residents take first call
- Epic EMR
- Mentor residents in Quality Improvement projects in the outpatient setting
- Updating and teaching of Ambulatory Medicine curriculum to residents adhering to ACGME guidelines - this includes teaching weekly didactics to residents on the Ambulatory Block
- Work with Practice Manager to assure that the Adult Health Center is compliant with all regulatory agencies (Joint Commission) and provide oversight to participation in quality assurance programs
- Base salary + wRVU production incentive
