    Description
    Job Summary:

    The People Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People Operations department of the organization, based in Scottsdale Headquarters.

    This role operates in a hybrid setting and is currently scheduled to work on-site from Tuesday to Thursday, with a potential shift to a five-day in-office schedule in the future.
    This position does not involve managing direct reports.


    **Key Responsibilities:**
    • Support the CPO/SVP of Finance in managing project administration and expense reports
    • Organize employee information, create and distribute letters
    • Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming calls
    • Manage employee data in Paycom system
    • Assist in gathering information for current and former employees
    • Provide answers to employee inquiries
    • Develop documented procedures for the finance and HR departments
    • Assist with employee data audits and data entry tasks
    • Update project plans, employee handbook, and generate reports for leadership
    • Stay updated on HR best practices and organizational culture
    • Support in change management initiatives
    • Undertake additional projects or assignments as needed
    **Requirements:**
    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
    **Skills:**
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Effective interpersonal skills handling sensitive situations
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
    • Efficient time management abilities

    **Physical Requirements:**
    • Visual, auditory, and speaking capabilities with physical flexibility
