Position Title:
Field Instrumentation Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:


  • Precision Coordination: Evaluate instrumentation submittals to ensure alignment with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Swiftly address any discrepancies by coordinating with relevant parties for effective resolution.
  • Effortless Handoff: Facilitate the seamless transition of instrumentation systems from design to construction/installation phases. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Effective Communication: Engage with project stakeholders, including engineers, designers, procurement specialists, and contractors, to align project requirements and timelines. Provide regular updates on instrumentation coordination activities and project status, promptly addressing any emerging issues or concerns.
  • Compliance and Safety: Uphold rigorous adherence to industry standards, codes, regulations, and safety guidelines to safeguard the integrity and safety of instrumentation systems. Actively participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, and audits to foster a culture of safety and compliance across project sites.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in industrial instrumentation coordination, project management, or related roles within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Robust technical acumen in instrumentation systems, encompassing sensors, transmitters, control valves, and instrumentation control panels.
  • Familiarity with pertinent industry standards and codes, complemented by exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools, coupled with the ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
