Salary:
$50,000 to $60,000. Open to negotiation based on experience

Tasks and accountabilities:
- Job maintenance, document tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with and assist Field Management in daily report tracking, time sheets, task hazard analysis, toolbox talks, material purchasing, equipment rentals, weekly division meetings, etc.
- Process purchase requisitions for job materials, equipment rentals, and expediting.
- Purchase Order Entry and reconciliation
- Ordering and calling off equipment
- Assist with invoice Approval 3way purchasing match.
- Process subcontracts, submittals, RFIs, O&Ms
- Collaborate with and assist Project Management on submittals, requests for information, change orders, etc.
- Handle badging and blue stake requests
- Collaborate with and assist Project Team with obtaining permits, blue stake obtaining security badges, and other similar documentation as needed.
- Assist the Project Manager with the preparation of change orders and billing.
- Gather and file supporting documentation. Assist with project precon, kickoff & closeouts.
- Job Kickoff and closeout support.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Relative work experience.
- Ability to communicate a variety of tasks and duties.
Required skills include:
- Microsoft productivity apps (Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner).
- Ability to draft basic correspondence and communicate objectives.
- Legible handwriting skills, basic arithmetic skills.
