    Job Description:
    The role of the Personal Lines Account Manager is crucial in providing sales support to the Producer and top-notch customer service to clients. This position demands a high level of independent judgment to maintain service excellence. Collaborating with the Producer, the Account Manager is involved in the development of new and renewed accounts to meet Agency and individual goals. They also play a key role in offering field service to support Producer activities, ensuring clients' service needs are addressed promptly and managing account changes effectively. Moreover, the Account Manager contributes to designing appropriate insurance and risk management programs for Agency clients.


    Responsibilities:

    • Engage directly with clients, reviewing and processing renewals, updating essential items in the management system, and sending necessary information to clients
    • Maintain records following Agency standards, ensure proper procedures are adhered to, and facilitate easy access to information
    • Collaborate with Producers, providing essential client documents, checklists, and proposals
    • Utilize support tools such as electronic tasks and reports to uphold an organized and efficient workstation

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines P&C or a related field
