Your responsibilities:


  • You will strategically develop the work and employment department together with the department management, enabling people with blindness or visual impairment to participate in the workforce.
  • You will develop entrepreneurial concepts and support their implementation.
  • You will be responsible for standardizing and optimizing processes using modern management methods.
  • You will contribute to business model development and take on project tasks.
  • In addition, you will prepare information for the department management, create presentations, and act as a liaison to central departments.
  • Your responsibilities also include communication throughout the foundation and collaboration with other departments.
