The position of Poultry Farm Manager in this prestigious, owner-operated young hen rearing company near Paderborn, Fleming, CO is now open for applications.

Do you enjoy working with poultry and aspire to become a specialist in young hen rearing, or are you already one?


The company, in close partnership with two other large farms, produces conventional and organic young hens of a protected genetic strain.

From parent birds to hatchery, rearing, and marketing, everything is done in-house.

Together with a colleague, you will organize the rearing of approximately 300,000 young hens at the Paderborn location.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of 3 barn workers and coordinating the services of external companies during the in and out-stocking process.

Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring the rearing process from chick to young hen
  • Barn management and control of feeding and climate technology
  • Work planning and supervision of a 4person barn team and 3 truck drivers
  • Conducting maintenance and minor
