Install and maintain network operations including software and hardware.

Install desktop application software.

Maintain local area network including solving users hardware and software problems.

Support acquisitions of hardware and software.

Assist users with network usage, troubleshooting problems, and other network related issues.

Assist users with basic application usage, troubleshooting problems, and other software and/or operating system related issues.

Install, implement and support systems within the user base.

Responsible for setup, maintenance and support of mobile devices.

Responsible for the accurate and timely response and disposition of helpdesk calls and tickets.

Perform all operations according to prescribed safety principles.

Perform all operations according to current IT Policy.

Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Associates Degree OR High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experience

3+ years experience supporting PC software and hardware

3+ years customer service experience

Must have at least some experience working in an environment where a ticket system was in place

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or a similar technical discipline

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks

Ability and desire to learn new skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on occasion

Ability to work in an office or indoor industrial environment
