- Bachelors Degree in IT/Business Administration/Data Sciences or related fields.
- 2-5 Years experience supporting business process documentation with business owners and SMEs across multiple teams
- Experience working with automation software (e.g., Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath)
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
- Experience writing simple SQL queries for data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and procedures.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, on-the-job leadership skills within high pace delivery environment.
- Partner with the Business Process and Product Owners to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements
- Lead process improvement initiatives through disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices
- Create value through process automation, utilizing tools like: Microsoft Power Apps, Form Designers, Workflows, etc. to achieve operational efficiencies
- Work as QA resource in the software development life cycle, working with Development team and aid in effective communication.
