    EHSManager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
    Develop, implement, and maintain
    EHSprograms, projects, and policies
    Create and lead site trainings to ensure compliance with all company, federal, state, and local regulations
    Continuously improve
    EHSpolicies, procedures, equipment, working conditions through inspections, observations, and audits
    Manage
    EHSdocumentation, records, audits, and reporting
    Lead site incident investigations, provide corrective actions, document and track progress

    Job Requirements

    As the
    EHSManager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
    Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant technical degree
    Minimum 7 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment in an
    EHSfocused role
    Previous experience in a supervisory role
    Continuous growing knowledge of federal, state, local, and company
    EHSregulations and requirements
    Previous experience with Process Safety Management (PSM)
