- Performs direct outreach via Email, Phone, and Social Media to prospect lists to develop awareness and drive interest/need in company offerings
- Qualifies inbound and outbound prospects using prescribed criteria.
- Executes nurture/outreach cadences to increase the probability of prospect conversion.
- Works closely with Account Executives to schedule, plan, and execute discovery sessions with qualified prospects.
- Travel to and participate in trade shows on a regular basis (~monthly) as determined by management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
- Experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience working with a CRM.
- Great organization and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000-$55,000 + commissions. OTE (base + commissions) for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, but top performers may exceed OTE based on choice of compensation structure and performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are responsible for filling the top of the sales pipeline with quality opportunities for the sales team to pursue. The SDR is responsible for direct outreach to outbound suspects and inbound leads. During this outreach, the SDR will qualify, disqualify, or place prospects into nurture queues using prescribed qualification criteria. The SDR function is critical to ensuring the company meets its revenue targets and is the first step for anyone interested in becoming a SaaS sales professional.
