    The role

    As the Client Engagement Manager you will promote and produce client engagement and recognize loyalty to increase repeat rates and to build successful client relationships.

    Additionally, you will also own the Company's gifting program and liaise closely with the Marketing team to produce Client loyalty events (virtual and in person).

    This includes organizing the logistics, deciding the invite list, managing costs, arranging specialists to attend and working closely with the executive team and Chairman for appearances at these events.

    You will work closely with the Head of Global Travel & Client Experience and have the drive and confidence to seek out new ideas, as well as liaising with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business.


    Key responsibilities include:
    Annually create and execute a plan for client events across the US. Collaborate with Marketing in managing client data, guestlists and branding for client events.
    Attend industry events. This may require working on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Company holidays.
    Responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the team through consistent management of performance, regular feedback and coaching.
    Create a culture of engagement, collaboration and open communication within team.
    Oversee Elite Client Account Management.
    Collaborate with the UK Client Engagement Manager ensuring consistency across markets in managing and overseeing various client facing systems.
    Manage costs ensuring approved budgets are adhered to.
    Overseeing event logistics and operations.
    Create and manage the gifting process from sourcing to client delivery across the US market.
    Co-ordinate supplier orders, invoicing, forecasting, and reporting.
    Own the relationship with all gift suppliers.
    Procure and negotiate existing and new contracts.

    About you

    You are an experienced Client Engagement Manager with previous events and gifting experience with a focus on promoting client relationships.

    You have strong organization, time management and planning skills and always maintain a client first focus.

    Location

    In person days will be hosted in our beautiful Boston, MA office located in the North End We ask that employees are office-based for a minimum of 3 days per week.

    This role requires attending industry events throughout Boston and the US. This may require working on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Company holidays.

    Please note, this role will require flexibility, within reason, with regards to timings and locations to best suit client requests.

    Compensation
    Salary $70,000 to $80,000, experience dependent, with 15% on-target earnings (OTE)
    90-100% coverage of insurance premiums
    10 paid holidays includingyour birthday off
    1 day off to volunteer
