- Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure that project details are accurately maintained in Company CRM platform.
- Gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster long-term relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns.
- Seek opportunities for upselling or additional services.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in client communications, account management, or customer service.
- Familiarity with project management processes is advantageous.
