Overview

Seeking a Mid-Level IT Project Manager with Agile experience to oversee hardware projects for a large enterprise company focused on creating smart home devices.

This role demands effective communication, leadership, and a solid grasp of Agile principles.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile IT projects for hardware development, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and requirements for smart home device creation.
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, tracking progress and managing risks specific to hardware development.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote a culture of accountability and innovation.
Communicate project status and decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
Continuously improve project management processes and tools tailored to hardware projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
3+ years of IT project management experience with Agile methodologies.
Proven track record of managing hardware projects with budgets around 500k.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA
