    Lead Building Engineer

    $34 - $42 per hour + bonus + Overtime + Call out + Medical + PTO + 401k = Excellent company benefits

    Are you a Lead Building Engineer with experience working in high and low rise building looking for a role where you can increase your earnings through overtime


    On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading company where you will carry out maintenance across sites while overseeing a team of 2-3 engineer , with opportunities for further development and the chance to increase your earnings through overtime.


    Throughout this period this company have gone from strength to strength in recent times and are continuing to expand and are now looking to add a talented individual to join their engineering team.


    On offer is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for HVAC, plumbing, gardening, groundworks and mechanic / Electrical repairs , while being a crucial part of the facilities team.


    This position would suit a Building Engineer looking for a maintenance-based role where they can increase their earnings through overtime.

    The role

    Monday - Friday 40 hours.
    Servicing electrical and mechanical on site.
    Overseeing high rise buildings.
    Overseeing a team of 2-3 engineers

    The candidate

    High rise / low rise background.
    HVAC/ Chiller experience.
    Wants overtime.
    Managerial experience
