    Maintenance Leader

    Florida – Northeast

    The Maintenance Leader is responsible for leading, training, developing, and engaging maintenance employees, as well as overseeing plant capital projects. They are additionally responsible for creating a safety-focused environment and ensuring stable and reliable plant operations.

    Maintenance Leader Responsibilities:

    • Safety: The Maintenance Leader is responsible for creating a safe and environmentally compliant work environment. They will lead and support safety initiatives, train employees on safe practices, and hold themselves and others accountable for safety.
    • Plant Maintenance Strategy: The Maintenance Leader will develop and execute the plant's maintenance strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and operations plans. They will implement improvement plans to enhance plant performance and equipment reliability. Additionally, they will manage the maintenance budget and identify process improvement opportunities.
    • Plant Capital Strategy: The Maintenance Leader will work with plant leadership to determine capital needs for growth, expansion, and customer expectations. They will collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive capital plan and manage capital projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
    • Maintenance Operations: The Maintenance Leader will continuously improve safety and housekeeping in the plant. They will lead the maintenance department to achieve the plant's growth expansion plan and control operating costs. Additionally, they will conduct root cause failure analysis on maintenance issues and repairs.
    • Talent Development: The Maintenance Leader will be responsible for the leadership, training, development, and engagement of all maintenance employees. They will build effective teams, create an open and trusting environment, and ensure effective communication throughout the plant. The leader will also ensure that maintenance personnel are well-trained and have the necessary skills to succeed.

    Maintenance Leader Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of industrial manufacturing/maintenance experience.
    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Science, Operations, or Business.
    • Mechanical and Electrical background.
    • Experience leading Reliability Work Process (RWP) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) preferred
    • Ability to drive and manage change.
    • Demonstrated success in coaching and leading teams.
    • Managing and delivering results through projects and initiatives.
    • Multilingual (English-Spanish speaking) candidates are a plus.
