- Act as point of contact for Clearing Client Service Managers, Clearing Client Integration Analysts, Clearing Relationship Managers, and Clearing Correspondents regarding commission schedule implementations.u00A0
- Educating Clearing Client Services, Clearing Client Integration and Clearing Relationship Management about the Policy and Procedures of commission implementation.u00A0
- Discussing audit trail for commission processing and variables that affect the final commission with Correspondents.
- Researching commission disputes and questions that may arise after schedules have been implemented.
- Collaborating with the System Department, Fidelity Retail Investment Service, Product/Project Managers and Administration and Government Affairs to determine development goals, market trends for commissions, prioritize commission enhancements, and review any legal ramifications of these new developments.u00A0

The Role
Commission plays a very important role in the way many correspondents maintain their businesses, charging commissions is our correspondents major revenue generating system. It is the largest revenue producing mechanism for Clearing Correspondents.
To support the function mentioned above we analyze, build, test and implement all commission schedules for Clearing Correspondents.
