We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities of our companies.

Your expertise and attention to detail will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

This position will report to the CEO and will support all financial reporting requirements.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles and company policies.

Develop and implement internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

Active role in preparation of budgets and managing variances.

Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Provide guidance and support to accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Coordinate with CPA firm and regulatory authorities during financial and compliance reviews.

Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, implementing necessary changes as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is preferred.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as Accounting Manager.

Advance proficiency in financial software Sage 100 required.

Experience with ERP systems and cost accounting is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
