As a company within the Hämmerling Group,
Hämmerling Group Logistic GmbH is currently seeking a
Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) for our location in Mansfield, WA.


Your responsibilities

  • Customer support via phone and in person
  • Processing of drivers and coordination, organization, and optimization of transportation
  • Communication with drivers
  • Checking of incoming and outgoing goods as well as delivery documents
  • Close collaboration with warehouse staff
  • Close coordination with the warehouse coordinator and other locations
  • Maintenance of master data

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Planning and coordination skills
  • Independent, responsible, and meticulous work ethic
  • Strong communication, motivation, and flexibility
  • Assertive personality
