We, Retail Operating Company Deutschland GmbH (ROC), are a part of the globally operating EG Group and manage over 220 gas stations across Germany under the Esso brand.

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at our Esso Station in Weiden (Regensburger Str. 91). We welcome career changers, retirees, and students for part-time positions.

Your qualifications:

Previous retail experience is preferred, but career changers are also welcome
Customeroriented and serviceminded
Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
Reliable and responsible
Proficient in German
Willingness to work shifts and weekends

Your responsibilities:

Providing friendly and competent customer service
Selling gas station products and services
Managing cash and operating relevant systems
Preparing and presenting products in the backshop
Monitoring inventory, inspecting incoming goods, and presenting products in the shop
Ensuring compliance with internal and legal requirements, particularly in regards to health, safety, and hygiene
Creating an inviting shop atmosphere
