Description
  • You will be responsible for managing an assigned customer base and contributing to the development of customer relationships
  • You will be the main point of contact for customers and network partners for national freight transport
  • You will also proactively initiate contact with customers
  • You will monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery, providing feedback to your customers
  • You will handle delivery obstacles and process complaints
  • You will prepare order data in our freight forwarding programs for smooth invoicing
What we expect:
  • Ideally, you have completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist or have a comparable qualification
  • You have previous experience in telephone and personal customer service and, while prioritizing service, you also maintain a business-oriented perspective
  • Previous experience in the freight forwarding industry is desirable, but we are also open to career changers
  • You have fluent German and good English skills
  • You are highly motivated, a team player, and have a strong work ethic
  • You have excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
