an Art Director (all genders)


Your job with us:


  • As an Art Director at Attention, you will develop and design creative and crosschannel communication concepts and measures for traditional and digital communication.
  • Conceptualizing and realizing creative ideas, as well as creating layouts for print and digital, are part of your daily tasks.
  • You will develop brand identities and logos, design storyboards, and visualize presentations that capture attention.
  • You will collaborate with concept developers, social media experts, and strategists to create creative ideas that stand out and have an impact.

We are a match if the following applies to you:

  • You have relevant experience in art direction, preferably from an agency background.
  • Conceptualization and ideation are just as enjoyable for you as implementing briefings in your daily work.
  • You ideally have experience in organizing photoshoots and have also worked on video projects.
  • You have already created animations or video projects using After Effects or Premiere.
  • You are excited about short decisionmaking processes and a work environment based on trust and selfresponsibility.
