As a Planner / Scheduler III, you will play a key role in providing advanced planning, scheduling, and materials control to support Engineering Services Integration attraction planning within the Facilities and Operations Services (FOS) organization. Your responsibilities will include leadership and training tasks under the guidance of the Planning Manager.

This is a Full-Time position.

What You Will Do

Maintain asset, job plan, and preventative maintenance records in Maximo CMMS system to ensure compliance and quality standards
Create detailed look-ahead schedules with teams to manage labor and material resources efficiently
Ensure compliance with state and company standards and enhance show quality outcomes
Facilitate coordination among various teams such as Operations, Safety, Engineering, Training, and Systems
Utilize business metrics to evaluate team performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Support project strategy, planning, and execution
Participate in audits to guarantee adherence to standards in documentation and execution
Develop system SOPs and provide training
Make critical decisions aligned with strategic objectives
Mentor and develop team members in planning/scheduling for success in LMTR

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or project planning
Ability to effectively communicate written and verbal data and analysis to stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in tools such as Excel, Business Objects, Primavera, Akwire, and MS Project for data modeling, analysis, and job planning
Capability to interpret engineering drawings
Skilled in technical writing of job plans using standards and source materials, and developing PM strategies
Create level-loaded project and labor schedules
Experience in various planning/buying/scheduling fields
Develop strong business cases to enhance team efficiency and support complex projects and schedules
Represent Engineering Services Integration in meetings with Resort partners
Act on behalf of the Planning Manager using your skills and attributes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CMMS systems, especially Maximo

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
