Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules per JobBOSS system prompts and analytical judgment.
- Confer with purchasing, engineering, customer service, program managers, quality, and the manufacturing department to determine progress of work and completion dates.
- Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, production, and engineering.
- Consistently work with the inhouse ERP/JobBOSS
- Support the Sales Administration Group in Customer Status and Service on an as needed basis.
- Excellent collaborative skills with peers, crossfunctional departments, and crossorganizational levels.
- Strong communication skills listening, verbal, and written.
Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:
- Basic working knowledge of JobBOSS and its basic elements, in addition to proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Superb time management, judgment, decisionmaking and problem solving skills
- Thrives in both individual and collaborative team environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Experience in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
- Proven ability in operations management, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in using planning and scheduling software
Salary range:
Commensurate with experience, certifications and skill set.

Pay:
$78, $85,000.00 per year
