Director of Operations - Hospitality

Boston, MA

$150,000-200,000

We are looking for a talented Director of Operations to join one of our exciting clients. With a global presence and ambitious growth plans, this is a fantastic time to become part of their team.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in hospitality, demonstrating a successful history in managing operations. The Director of Operations will oversee all facets of the company's operations, including actively contributing to new openings.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute operational strategies for ensuring company success
Supervise daily company operations and the functions of key executives (IT, Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.)
Guide and motivate employees to achieve peak performance and commitment
Collaborate with senior management to meet company goals and objectives
Analyze industry trends to spot growth and enhancement opportunities
Manage budgets to align operational expenses with company targets
Cultivate relationships with significant stakeholders like vendors, government bodies, and industry groups
Guarantee compliance with applicable regulations and safety norms

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
Experience in the hospitality sector, ideally in QSR or entertainment
Outstanding leadership and communication abilities
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Capable of performing well in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Sound financial expertise and background in budget management
Customer-focused mindset
Skilled at establishing and nurturing relationships with vital stakeholders
