M&A Infrastructure - Analyst - Associate (m/w/d)

We are looking for an Analyst or Associate to join a globally present elite boutique that works on some of the most prestigious M&A Infrastructure deals in Europe.

Location: Frankfurt am Main

Your responsibilities:

Create pitches, teasers, and memorandums
Participate in highly complex transactions in the billion-dollar range
Conduct due diligence in sale and purchase projects
Perform company valuations
Analyze and prepare financial data

Your profile:

1-4 years of experience in M&A, transaction services, private equity, or management consulting
Excellent academic background
Strong financial modeling skills
Proactive, dedicated, fluent in German and English
Proficient in MS Office, team player
