Your Responsibilities
- You are a competent contact person for our customers and their system administrators
- You independently handle technical inquiries and solve them via telephone or remote access
- You provide project support for the further development of our software
- You take on technical testing tasks to support our quality assurance
Your Profile
- You have experience in dealing with customers over the phone and have completed training in the IT field, e.g. as an IT systems electronics technician
- You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and network technology
- You are open to new technologies and have a willingness to learn
- You are flexible, open-minded, and have a strong service orientation
- You have a good understanding of technical relationships
- You have a friendly, polite, and solution-oriented work style
