- Full time position

- M-F employment -- No weekends
- Process service tickets to be invoiced
- Process time cards for each technician and enter on service tickets
- Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department
- File and manage all closed service repair orders
- Ship & receive parts, pull parts for service jobs and parts sales and match incoming parts to the appropriate service job
- Assist in parts look up as needed
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior experience in an equipment or automotive dealership is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time and process a variety paperwork with little supervision
