About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Business Execution Consultant to join the Client Relationship Group Branch Infrastructure team.


In this role, you will:

This role will be part of a small, but highly influential and visible team, and as such, the individual will be expected to interact, present, influence, and maintain relationships with leaders across CRG and WIM - many times leading work or initiatives independently (i.e. with mínimal day-to-day guidance from their direct manager).

Many times, they will be called upon to direct work and execution plans through the collaboration and reliance on partners and teams across CRG to ensure transformation is achieved.

They must have strong understanding of business drivers and processes and be an effective influencer that has credibility and an ability to offer credible challenge as needed (many times bringing data or reasoning to back up their perspectives).


  • Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across multiple lines of business.
  • Deliver solutions that are longterm, large scale, broad reaching.
  • Plan and manage strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry knowledge regarding highly complex cross organizational strategic initiatives that significantly influence the company's business.
  • Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business and support groups
  • Evaluate effectiveness and provide updates to key enterprise stakeholders, leadership, and executive leadership regarding the root cause, cost or benefit, and risk evaluations.

Required Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Deep understanding of Brokerage processes, including client facing interactions, front office support processes, and backoffice management requirements associated with registration, finance, compensation, and access control.
  • Strong Project Management skills. Experience managing complex projects with tight timelines and multiple competing stakeholder interests.
  • Experience with data analysis tools capable of mining large data sets such as SAS, Teradata, SQL, R, or Python through various databases such as Teradata, Oracle, or DB2 a positive, but optional qualification.
  • Hands on experience using Tableau or Power BI with understanding in underlying frameworks necessary to create visualizations that accentuate insights and deliver positive business results within internal team tracking requirements.
  • Capable of designing and executing complex, interdependent workflow processes that can be either partially or fully automated using PowerApps tools.
  • Experience with development requirements for, and understanding of, Salesforce, Smart Station or contact management systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project) skills.
  • Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels.
  • Ability to work across multiple lines of business leading large scale initiatives.
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team member.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills.
  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management.
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fastpaced and resultsdriven environment.
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Series 7/66/24 or other applicable brokerage licenses.
