    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational journey of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

    1. Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students based on their unique learning needs.
    2. Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
    3. Behavioral Support: Assist in managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive, respectful atmosphere.
    4. Resourceful Assistance: Utilize educational materials and resources effectively to enhance learning experiences.
    5. Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of student progress and report findings to the teaching team.

    Requirements:

    We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

    1. High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum educational requirement.
    2. Experience in Education: Previous experience in a classroom setting or working with students is a plus.
    3. Empathy and Patience: A genuine care for the well-being and growth of students, and the ability to remain patient in challenging situations.
    4. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and fellow paraprofessionals.
    5. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
    6. Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to the evolving needs of students and the school environment.
