As a Blue Sea Paraprofessional, you will have an opportunity for

Career advancement into the fields of Psychology, Behavioral Analysis, Social Work, and Teaching
Paid training to support your career plan

Responsibilities:

Assist students in transitioning from one activity to the next
Assist and facilitate appropriate peer interactions
Support classroom teacher in implementing IEP (Individualized Education Program)
Provide positive reinforcement
Assist in toileting and/or medical needs
Use strategies of ABA to provide behavior support

Requirements:

High School Diploma (Associates preferred)
Must have reliable transportation
Available during school hours, Monday through Friday

Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum/Mental health challenges are a plus_

RBT Certification is a plus_

This is a 1099 position**_
